Thoughts about the "age of humans" referred to as the Anthropocene has inspired the making of these records of traces imprinted into clay, itself a product of millions of years of geological traces transformed continuously through erosion. The sculptural imprints give each piece its uniqueness, reinforced by the choice of colors and name. Each piece becomes an 'Anthropocene-record' transformed permanently through heat. The names given are alluding and suggestive.
