series JAZZMATAZZ

The composition of the series 'Jazzmatazz' are visual jazz compositions like musical notations, consisting of colored geometric units, placed vertically or horizontal rhythmically spaced, yet capturing the improvisational spontaneity of jazz.   

Distinct sonic-like units, with their imperfect hand-drawn borders and alignments, subtle varying spacings and brush textures, introduce and reinforce the human pulse, characteristic to jazz.
